I was sent to Lisbon, Portugal, to help establish international operations for a company supporting Cisco.com enterprise clients across EMEA. That meant building an office from the ground up, defining operating structures, and assembling teams capable of supporting a massive expansion. It taught me how to architect high-stakes systems that drive measurable business outcomes. Today, I apply that same operational discipline to AI Search Visibility, helping marketing teams move from tactical guesswork to strategic certainty. Theory is cheap; results are everything.

That operational discipline carried over into my search background.
